Agreement

By booking a trip with SXT Adventures (Scuba X Travel), you agree to these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing a deposit or making payment.

Bookings & payments

Trip reservations are confirmed upon receipt of the required deposit. Remaining balances are due according to the payment schedule provided at booking. Payments are processed through our authorized booking partners.

Cancellations & refunds

Cancellation policies vary by trip and are disclosed at the time of booking. We strongly recommend travel insurance to protect your investment in case of unforeseen circumstances. Contact us at niki@scubaxtravel.com for questions about a specific trip.

Travel requirements

You are responsible for valid passports, visas, vaccinations, and any documentation required for your destination. For dive trips, you must meet the certification and health requirements stated on the trip page.

Liability

Adventure and dive travel involves inherent risks. SXT Adventures acts as an agent coordinating travel with third-party operators. We are not liable for acts, errors, omissions, or negligence of suppliers, or for personal injury, property damage, or other losses arising from your participation in a trip.

Changes to itineraries

Weather, sea conditions, and local circumstances may require itinerary adjustments. We and our partners reserve the right to modify schedules when necessary for safety or operational reasons.
